Reviews recent conversion various Opata, Lower Pima groups, including Aibinos, Toapas, Matapas, Batucas, Sisibotaris, Ures, Chinipas, previous allies of Sinaloas during revolt. Notes Chinipas, Guazapares request for missionaries; Hurdaide's demand they give up drunken rituals, mugeres (polygamy?). Mentions punishment Aibinos for murder Nebome fiscal. States Nebomes Cumuripa, Tecuripa, Suaqui hunting because of shortage maize. Notes shortage missionaries caused Aibinos to take to hills, revert to gentile vices. Discusses purely Sinaloa Indian uprisings, military affairs. Describes need for Villa 30 Spaniards, 3 more forts Rios Yaqui-Mayo-Nebome area to consolidate Spanish control. Mentions arrow wound fr.
