Summary
Escandon writes to Mexico City to ask that land he has conquered be delineated so that people can begin raising animals. He gives the various landmarks which he considers the extent of his claim and asks that land be included in the delineation of use to animal raising because the condition of much of his land is not conducive to this activity.
