Series of copied letters between Revilla Gigedo, Ugalde, Castro and others concerning construction specifications and financing of headquarters of comandante general in Santa Rosa Valley. Mentions financing by redirecting money intended for Mescalero, Apache and military support into construction fund. Lengthy discussion of rennovation plans, includes floor plan folios 29 and 31. Mentions cost, building materials, problems of Adobe walls, dimensions, notes on cost of building material transport, and pressing need to construct barrack and prison quarters.
