Mentions efforts by Negros to win american military assistance, but states that such support was opposed by general wasinton (washington?). Captured rebels, including Frenchman and a German, condemned to galley rowing. Includes reference to establishment of Nueva Madrid, and report of unidentified Canon fire near Rosario mission. (A.
