Virreynato requests update from Rengel regarding establishment of mission San Ildefonso Tecora and funds involved. Sends Rengel twenty copies of Bando (not included) regarding troops being sent to Phillipines; six copies of Bando (not included) regarding unspecified commerce. Payment for surgical instruments bought by Moreno must be made through funds of Provincias Internas. Payment being completed for mission in Zacatecas; and soon to be completed for missions in Potosi and Texas. (D. J. McClelland, November 1988)
