Summary
Letter from Oconor to virrey informing him of plans for campaign against Apaches with the relocation of some presidios, the size of the forces to be used, alliances with other groups. He requests permission to keep Bonilla with him. Virrey answers supporting his plans, but reminding him that the king does not want the Indians exterminated, that he wants them to become christians.
