Summary:
Letters concerning fragata San Joseph y las Animas in port at Acapulco, requesting permission for return voyage to San Blas where crew may be paid. Port authority refuses departure until count of crew is reported. Decision made that those ill must remain in Acapulco, ship to leave without them. (A. Dean, June 1990)
