Summary
Several letters and oficios regarding fugitive Meca women prisoners from Hospicio de pobres; eventually some are captured; orders circulated to subdelegados to apprehend and imprison Meca fugitives who will then be sent to royal prison in Havana; among these documents are inserted unrelated letters (copies) investigation of troops' finances; this protested in another letter as offensive to hard-working, dedicated soldiers; not very rich in detail.
