Series of summaries of expediente concerning the reduction of the Pame Indians of Sichu and the pardoning of Domingo Martin for executing Juan Gregorio Ramirez (Pame Indian) of Arroyo Sarco. Correspondence concerning the critical conditions due to drought includes statistical data on amount of maiz planted and sold in Sichu with prices. There is hope that the wheat harvest will be better. Comments on lack of rations for two to three days for the poor Indians at the Arnedo mission which resulted in disgust and agitation. Report on a number of crimes committed including homicides and robberies. Includes correspondence and lists of payments to armed troops in Arnedo mission from April to December 1808; and January to August 1809.
