Summary
Mendoza, who was with the compania presidial del Principe, requested the status of invalid, apparently due to the loss of his right eye. Included are his service record and a biography which includes his family history, Vital statistics, and discussion of his injuries and time in service. The biography is a copy and contains a notation indicating its location at that time. (S. Langmack July 1990)
