Summary
Absence of two Cabos from milicias provinciales de Veracruz. Panes requests that two replacements, Reyes and Arroyo, join company from their regimento de dragones de Mexico. Panes informed that Arroyo is in Hospital and that Mexican company has five vacant squadrons and cannot afford to transfer men. Panes informed to receive replacements from dragones de Espana.
