Nava named Cabrera as interim administrator of Rentas of Alcavala, Tabaco, Polvora and Naypes in Chihuahua on recommendation of the generals of the junta de Reunion de Rentas reales. This occurred after the death of Oubel, the past administrator. (S. Langmack oct.1989)
