Summary
An informe of the junta de real hacienda giving background and the current situation regarding trade between Texas and Louisiana. There is little new information presented, but it is an excellent summary of the geography, inhabitants, and economy of Texas during the eighteenth century. The junta recommends to the crown that commerce be facilitated between Texas and Louisiana. (G. Miller) (1977)
