Summary
Capt. Mathias Pereyra Lobo, Vezino of Ville of San Philipe in Sinaloa sold Philip to Domingo de Apressa Falcon, Vezino/Minero of Parral, but Juan de Mendez contested the sale (for some reason?). The argument first was put before Francisco de la Rocha, obviously now appealed to Parral. Mathias says he received 300 pesos for the slave and there is no illegality or falt to the sale. A notation says the case was found in his favor. (R. Davis) (1975)
