Francisco Trebol Navarro. Contra Joseph Lucio, acusado de robo.
San Joseph del Parral. September 7, 1764. 61p. Original. Signed.
Lucio worked in Navarro's store, and stole a piece of linen (Bretana). He gave it to a slave (Joseph) who gave it to Juana (navarro's Cook). Apparently these two didn't know it was stolen. Lucio later retrieves the cloth. An interesting and enterprizing crime involving people of different social stations. Has implications of a conspiracy against el patron. (R. Perez) (1977)
