Investigation of robberies, murders, rustling committed by Juan Manuel Estevan Rivera and other outlaws throughout Nueva Vizcaya. Rivera, prisoner in Obraje de Encimillas, apparently testifies against his Former cronies, an ethnically mixed group of gente de Razon, mulattoes, Tarahumara Indians from all over the province, who stole everything from silver to livestock and traded with indios enemigos, the Apaches.
