Summary
Don Diego de Vargas has for sometime seen and been made aware of the taking of arms out of the Villa of Santa Fee to be sold to the Indians. He issues a ban prohibiting this action. He has this carried out by Sebastian Rodriguez, who announces it out loud to a great crowd that has gathered in the area where this arms problem has arisen. (John Zilboorg) (1980)
