Summary
Testimonies and writs against defendent Baltasar Rodarte who is accused of attempted homicide of Philipe Moraga (blind) and of his wife, Sebastiana, whom he believed had an affair with Moraga. Witnesses said, however, that Rodarte wanted D to kill his wife and also Moraga so he could marry the later's wife, Catalina. (R. Saba) (1980)
