Mogollon finds the cabildo guilty of not keeping a book of records as is required. He orders that in future such a book (Libro de asiento y acuerdos), be maintained. And states, that a fine of five hundred pesos shall be imposed for infraction of this requirement. (Lloyd Kendall) (1980)
