Summary
Lucas de Abenbua, Indian governor of Pujuaque brings criminal proceedings against Francisco Javier Romero and others for killing cattle belonging to the village. Governor Flores Mogollon finds the Spaniards guilty sentencing Francisco Javier Romero to two years service at the El Paso presidio and the others to two years free service to local convent. (R.
