Summary
Ysidro Sanches, soldier of Santa Fe presidio, is accused by Cabo Lorenzo Trujillo of having stolen ammunition and in subsequent fight having struck him with stock of his escopeta. Gobernador assigns case to his teniente general Antonio Perez Velarde. Sanches denies accusations and faults Trujillo with calumny. Case passes to new teniente general, Diego Arias de Quiros. Sanches found guilty of abandoning his company and assaulting his Cabo. Due to having Voluntarily left sanctuary and having spent several months in prison, Sanches is ordered released from jail but stripped of his position as soldier of Santa Fe presidio by gobernador Cruzat y Gongora.
