Summary
An investigation of the death of Indian servant, employed by Pedro Garcia, who was killed by a thrown stone and was beaten with a club. Francisco Gutierrez was judged guilty and as a result was deprived of office and was fined 10 pesos to cover court costs. (R. Jackson) (1980)
