Summary
Domingo Mariano Beitia brings suit against community of Ysleta Indians for stealing some livestock from him. Governor decides case - that compensation must be made for Beitia and the Indians are warned not to follow the advice of any Cacique who urges them to further illegal acts. (R. Davis) (1980)
