Summary
A civil case begun by Agustin Jaramillo against his employer Lorenzo de la Pena. Juan Andres Baca, a servant of Diego Lopes killed a cow without the owners permission. The Owner Charged Baca and Jaramillo who had been with Baca, five pesos each, and la Pena paid Jaramillo's share, charging it to his account. la Pena also Charged Jaramillo for the value of a horse that had died, and that Jaramillo claimed he was not responsible for. Testimony in the case, but no resolution of the dispute. (robert H joch) (1981)
