Description
A flock of black birds which break down the palm trees. At 4:45, N.E. 60Ëš. Many native villages on the right. Here they had cut down oil palms to make palm wine. Anastomus lamelligerus, said to destroy young chickens. They roost in great numbers on the leaves of oil palm and break down the leaves - giving palms a very peculiar appearance.
