Summary
Folios 29-38 concern request by fray Falcon for permission and funding to travel to Rome and Madrid to testify in proceedings to canonize fray Margil de Jesus. Request turned down because of Falcon's advanced age. In folios 39-48 fray Carral is granted permission to return to Spain for having served Ten years in New Spain. Folios 49-67 concern request by fray Boullosa to return for reasons of bad health. Permission denied upon discovery that Boullosa suffers from gonorrhea; is required to return to Pachuca mission upon recovery at Convento de San Diego. (A. Tukey, March 1989)

Not given time to submit autos thus they were unprepared for Vote, actions not criminal but part of job, successful candidates also underage; argument that opposition is to late, even if they have cause.
