Some information on political and military situation, agriculture, etc. Perez de la Busta observes that Indian crops (mais, Trigo, frixel, algodon, Cana, lenteja, Chile, garbanzo) and mission economics suffer because Indians spend so much time fighting as auxiliaries. Missionaries worried about challenges to their temporal control of missions, including right to punish wrongdoers. Good information on mission debts and credits.
