This stratagem is reported to the tribunal del protomedicato and the fray is put under arrest and finally liberated. Letter from Yxant (teniente Coronel) who is on his way from Cadiz and claims he has received less money than he should and asks for the difference, after checking in Mexico it appears he has received way to much money and he should be giving it back.
