Summary
Document requests return to Royuela of post of ministro Pagador of treasury of Saltillo. Decree advising creation of new treasury in Saltillo. Treasury to be constructed so it may pay troops of Provincias Internas and meet their other needs. F. 98 described Royuela's previous post in Acapulco and gives his salary. Ff. 98-100 is a letter explaining role of new treasury in Saltillo and provides Royuela's salary. Other documents concern the division of powers and jurisdictions of various officials of Provincias Internas. F. 113 refers to vassals' rights and the power of king to appoint officials. Other officials concern process of registration (tomar razon) of new officials and F. 125 refers to right of Media Annata. (P. Lenz, March 1990)
