While leading a Collera of Apache prisoners of war, Enderica grazed 200 Head of horses and mules for 3 days and 4 nights on Sanchez' land even though government land was available nearby. Sanchez demands payment for pasturage, but Enderica says he was in service of king and therefore owes Sanchez nothing. D. Marksz (January 1987).

Preneda upon assuming office as gobernador Interino reports on status of presidio at Santiago de Moncloa, Coahuila. He comments on lack of gunpowder, lack of care of weapons, physical conditions of buildings, relations with surrounding Indians (resistance, horse thefts, etc.). Details conditions of weapons, gunpowder, horses and mules for each of 39 officers and soldiers at presidio in 1739 and awaits further orders from viceroy. (J. M. Johnson, December 1986)
