Testimony in support of an entrada against the Isla de Tiburon. Contains a discourse on civilizing the Seris, which notes that they prefer to live as they used to. Includes subsistance information. Gives names of the rebel leaders. Offers plan for resettlement and repopulation of abandoned Opata pueblos with Seri children (the rest be allowed to leave the province). States that some Populo land and all Angeles land should be taken from Seris and given to presidiales and that Seris should all be resettled in Populo and Nacameri after they are conquered.
