Concerns Sanson's petition of financial support for his (and his troop) returning to Monterrey. Sargent Sanson transported indio Pedro Jose and six other Indians from Monterrey to San Luis; then Sanson claims to be sick and asks for permission to stay in San Luis. Concerns administrative correspondence dealing with appointment of commander for Nayarit, Canaveral gives notice of his illness to the viceroy, notice of Bando sent to Xalapa regulating merchants, notice of charges brought against Indians for workshiping idols, beds and uniforms are requested for troops, advancement of salaries requested to buy food for presidio's troops, notice that prices of salt and other staple foods have been raised due to low rainfall, Alberni gives notice that visitas to missions have been postponed due to his illness. Governor Canaveral accuses captain Oca of being negligent in the administration of presidio, the reason why Indians have not been reduced yet. Letter of denunciation is sent to the viceroy. (M. Notification of Vasquez' desertion from compania de Lampazos. Flores authorization for sick soldiers to change from one compania to another if the Weather will help their health.
