Summary
Series of concise letters between Nava and virrey covering transfer of engineers from Spain to Provincias Internas, naming of Sevilla y Olmedo as Ensayador de real Caxa, copying of documents for preservation in archive, granting of permits for Mezcal making and prohibition of Mezcal in selected regions, granting of travel allowance to Garibay, and granting of marriage licenses.
