Summary
In this document Diego is sueing Dona Ana for 140 pesos in payment for a house. Dona Ana in the name of capt. Bartolome rejects the claim (it seems from earlier docmt Film 318 1649c 1373b-1400a that Ana is the widow of Bartolome and faced with claims vs his estate now).
