Certified copy of cabildo de Santa Fe's petition to governor for prohibition against settler's exchange of horses with jacarilla Apaches at Rate of 2 or 3 horses per child. Auto issued ordering Alcaldes mayores to enforce ban. Preference stated for those of Spanish blood rather than those of color to populate the kingdom.
