Summary
A criminal action against Antonio Santiesteban, a soldier in the Santa Fe presidio company, who allowed a ute prisioner to escape while he was on guard duty. Santiesteban was a Member of a military expedition which was returning to Santa Fe. Santiesteban was cashiered from the presidio company, and was exiled to Belem for one year. (R. Jackson) (1980)
