Concerns letter signed by several military officials who were in charge of campaign to recover Texas which was captured by Bernardo Gutierrez, a rebel aided by united states bandits coming from Luisiana. Letter mentions that rebels are talking about a new republic called republica Mexicana. Indians, it is said, have taken advantage of the situation and are attacking the provinces more often.
