Garrido y Duran has been given an allowance of 3 mil pesos and is awaiting license to return to Spain; salaries of empleados en el real servicio, especially the secretaria de la comandancia; Orden of January 4, 1791 by Revilla Gigedo establishing salary for Manuel merino-apparently original order has been misplaced. To which Monte Pio should officers holding posts of both military and real hacienda make 'descuentos'? also, what to do in case of death of Garrido y Duran, who received two year 'licencia' to visit Spain but is collecting half salary.
