Brief review 1751 Pima rebellion, including leadership Luis, martyrdom frs. Rhuen, Tello. States one motive revolt revenge against Vecino Guevavi, other motives rumors that Rhuen had killed Indian Boy with a stick, Tello had whipped/imprisoned Indian woman, where she died. Believes real reason revolt Luis' arrogance, however. States Indians never punished. Indication serious civil-religious conflict between Parilla, Jesuits. Critical Parilla in general.
