Summary
870 inhabitants Chinipa, Guadalupe de Warihios. Partido in Sierra Madre. Chinipa newly resettled because of previous warihio disturbances. Guadalupe de Warihios, called Tayrachi by Indians, site where frs. Pascual, Martinez Martyred. Inhabitants both pueblos speak warihio, similar to taraura (Tarahumara), with slight differences, principally in the grammar. Many gentile Indians in area in process being reduced. Area quiet now.
