Urrea responds to Pineda's request for suggestions concerning impeding campaign against rebels. States that while reestablishment of San Jose de Guaymas a good idea, the place is too arid to support a garrison with horses. Belin much better site. Pitiqui (Pitic) excellent location for garrison- has all soldiers need except beans. (T. Sheridan) (1980)
