Nava outlines state of affairs between Spaniards, Lipan Apaches and Comanche in northern Provincias Internas, primarily within Nuevo Santander. Includes brief description of capt. Bustamante's tercera compania cavelleria volante de Nuevo Santander skirmish with Comanche horse thieves in Vicinity of Laredo. Also includes recapitulation of pertinent elements of instrucciones de la comandante general (conde de Galvez) for 1785.
