Summary
Coronel Josef Yrigollen, governor elect of province of Texas, falls sick in Mexico on his way to Texas to assume his post. Requests an advance on his salary to pay for his medical expenses. Government agrees. Several of his salary status are presented and several requests for repayment. Yrigollen never recovers from his illness and Dies in Veracruz. Latter part of document deals with settling his account and liquidating his estate. (T. Cederstrom, October 1986)
