Summary
Ugarte informs Flores of vacant lieutenant position in Chihuagua and recommends Montes for it. Ugarte acknowledges Romeu's condition of relajamiento de Tripas, but states Romeu is able to do the job of comandante de las Armas de Sonora. Flores approves appointment of Romeu as long as he receives salary of capitan de presidio. (J. Tapia, July, 1987).
