Summary
Extracts of letters from Ripperda concerning Comanche raids; return of goods retained from milicias de Apelura; restitution of Ramos as priest of Bahia; discussion of petition of gunpowder for Indians of 7 missions of Texas; promotion of Galvez as minister of indias; Apache Lipanes raids including killing of cattle from Rosario mission and 3 murders; good relations with Comanches arising from liberation of a Comanche and visit of missionaries of San Antonio to 5 nations; discussion of trade of weapons with Apaches and letter of recommendation to king, so that Ripperda will obtain government of Luisiana.
