Summary
Ripperda has not given Thobar requested leave. Ripperda suggests that vecinos be paid to campaign if Thobar doesn't return 10 soldiers and 4 Indians. Complains of Indian killing and stealing of oxen, Indian insubordination and fear of Indian thieves, taking Indians to missions. Hopes of punishment of Indians, taking prisoners to bring in Indian captain. Reports on death of Indian prisoners and prisoners at captain's house.
