Summary
Concerns Series of reports in which military officials detail how Apaches and other Indians are attacking, killing and stealing horses from haciendas belonging to local owners. Indians have committed crimes and left unpunished, some government officials feel that the provinces will colapse if the same situation continues. (document give extensive detail of Indians activities within the provinces I. E. Stealing animals, killing soldiers an haciendas' owners.
