Summary
Concerns letters reporting on Apaches' activities around the provinces. Apaches are said to be destroying everything without punishment. Apaches are stealing horses and killing people and presidio officials have done nothing to stop them. Captains Dias and Casanova are blamed for the extensive damage Indians are doing. (M.
