Complaints against soldiers for mistreatment, drunkenness, gun-play and etc. Lodged with commandant; further complaints that soldiers forced natives to support them at expense of their own needs; response of implicated soldiers that supply route should be established, that soldiers were poor and needed to seek supplies from Indians; notice from viceroy that charges be formalized.
