Summary
Letter from capitan de hoyos to Gonzalez de Santianez, requesting advice on the problems of collecting the Diezmos for the construction of the new Obispado. Santianes then appeals to the virrey for advice. The bishop de Guadalaxara complains to virrey of the administrator Muniz's methods of collecting Diezmos. Church of Valladolid also complains of the method of collection. Areche writes a synopsis of the conflicts and requests a rapid response from the virrey to solve the problem. (D.
